Tuition Policy
We have 1 Session from September through June and 1 Summer Session July - Aug. Tuition is due monthly by the first of the month.
Once enrolled for any class, tuition payments are due in full regardless of attendance until a withdrawal email is sent to yves@academyofgymnastics.ca at the latest by the 20th of current month to withdraw the following month.
Your tuition pays for a class spot REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE, however, we offer drop in pass when absence is due to illness. To receive the drop in pass, email yves@academyofgymnastics.ca with the date of absence
Tuition rates are PER CLASS and our system automatically calculate the number of class each month to invoice you accordingly.
Missed classes have no cash value, and pro-rating will not be offered.
Payments not made by the due dates will be assessed a late fee, plus any collection fees incurred.
All tuition payments are automatically debited from credit card on file, or an E-transfer is expected on time if you choose that option of payment, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
